Hostel Ranch serves delicious dishes home-made to please our guest’s taste.

A typical country breakfast with mate cocido (yerba mate tea) or coffee with milk, spongy wood-cooked bread slices, home-made jam and butter

Lunch is the time to taste real creole food: chicken or rabbit al disco (cooked on a plow disk), asado (Argentinian barbecue based on veal and beef), and casseroles, all accompanied with salads, desserts, home-made bread, and exellent wine.

At dinner, the emphasis is on conventional dishes, such as rabbit a la Provencal, round steak with onions and sauce, pasta, and much more, complemented with delicious desserts.

The light candles completes the atmosphere that turns every evening into an ever lasting memory.
